{"id":378,"date":"2019-06-11T15:33:48","date_gmt":"2019-06-11T13:33:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rationaltouch.com\/?p=378"},"modified":"2019-06-11T15:33:48","modified_gmt":"2019-06-11T13:33:48","slug":"identificacion-de-clientes-en-ivr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/rationaltouch.com\/es\/2019\/06\/11\/identificacion-de-clientes-en-ivr\/","title":{"rendered":"Identificacion de clientes en IVR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Identificar a clientes en una IVR es un reto que nos trasladan muchos clientes de forma habitual.<\/p>\n<p>En muchas ocasiones, nos encontramos con IVRs muy eficaces enrutando llamadas, capaces de capturar \u0144umeros (pulsos) y palabras sencillas (Si\/No) con solvencia, pero sin una capacidad conversacional suficiente para hacer un proceso de autenticaci\u00f3n usando otro tipo de preguntas, y un di\u00e1logo m\u00e1s sofisticado.<\/p>\n<p>En muchos casos, la autenticaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica la hace el propio agente del call center, en base a informaci\u00f3n personal del cliente o del servicio que tiene contratado, claves de acceso proporcionadas anteriormente, preguntas de seguridad configuradas por el propio cliente o la actividad del propio cliente con el negocio.<\/p>\n<p>No es extra\u00f1o que un agente pregunte al cliente por su fecha de nacimiento, su direcci\u00f3n, cu\u00e1ntos o qu\u00e9 productos tiene contratados, el nombre de su primera mascota, la matr\u00edcula de su primer veh\u00edculo o la ciudad donde el cliente conoci\u00f3 a su actual pareja, cu\u00e1ndo fue la \u00faltima vez que acudi\u00f3 a la consulta, o el tercer y quinto d\u00edgito de su c\u00f3digo de acceso telef\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Que el agente tenga que realizar esta actividad con el cliente supone tiempo invertido en una tarea de escaso valor a\u00f1adido. Por otra parte, cada vez es m\u00e1s habitual que los negocios no quieran que el agente tenga acceso a la informaci\u00f3n personal o que permite identificar a un cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Adema\u015b, el hecho de no poder identificar a un cliente en la propia IVR supone que no podemos automatizar tareas que, resuelto este punto, ser\u00edan f\u00e1ciles de abordar (p.ej. &#8220;quiero saber el importe de mi pr\u00f3xima renovaci\u00f3n&#8221; o &#8220;quiero cambiar la cuenta corriente donde tengo domiciliado el servicio&#8221;). Resolver este punto, por contra, habilita elevar el nivel de autoservicio que se puede ofrecer a nuestros clientes a trav\u00e9s de la IVR.<\/p>\n<p>Rational IVR\/ID permite complementar IVRs tradicionales, aportando la capacidad de indentificar a las personas. Para ello, toma el control de la conversaci\u00f3n en el punto que la IVR desee, verifica la identidad del interlocutor de forma fluida y natural, y devolvuelve el control de la llamada a la IVR, una vez identificado al cliente.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, el negocio puede avanzar en automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos, aprovechar el tiempo de espera de los clientes para identificarlos, reduciendo su &#8220;tiempo de espera percibido&#8221; y ahorrando tiempo de los agentes, y evitar que los agentes tengan acceso a la informaci\u00f3n de identificaci\u00f3n de los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Y todo ello, sin necesidad de sustituir su infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica ni su IVR actual.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en info@rationaltouch.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Identificar a clientes en una IVR es un reto que nos trasladan muchos clientes de forma habitual.
